Gwathmey Baptist Church seeks to
Make Disciples who Make Disciples.
What will your Sunday Gathering look like?
The Bible is essential to everything we do. In our Sunday gatherings, we will spend time singing, praying, and looking at Scripture. We will preach expositionally, meaning that we go through entire books of the Bible in small chunks to understand what all of the Bible teaches.
We offer classes for children from birth through 6th grade. In their classes, kids will learn how all of the Bible points to Jesus through singing, teaching, and hands-on crafts to help them remember what they've learned. Each week, we will send resources home with parents to help as they continue teaching their children. His Ambassadors is a ministry for 7th-12th grade students dedicated to making disciples. Our students meet for Sunday School at 9:30 and attend the worship service at 11am.
What do I do with my kids?
Children are a vital part of our church. Adventure Kids, infants thru completed 6th grade, have their own creative, interactive, age appropriate God centered worship while their parents are in their service.
All kids are checked in at one central location. Parents must sign their children in then sign them out at the end of service. To save time, you can pre-register your kids here: Child Registration Form
